Refund & Cancellation Policy
At, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer you the best service possible. That's why we provide a risk-free, 7-day refund policy for our Contracts. Please take note of the following conditions:
- The refund request should be made within seven (7) days of the original purchase of the Contract.
- The usage of our services must be less than 1,000 message credit for any of our paid plans within this period.
We understand that plans can change, which is why we have made the refund process as straightforward as possible. However, please note:
- Refunds are NOT issued automatically. If you decide to cancel your account, please remember to contact us within seven days of the cancellation to request a refund.
- By default, account cancellations are set to occur at the end of your billing cycle.
- We unfortunately cannot provide refunds for usage outside of our 7-day refund policy.
- Similarly, refunds are not available if you have used your account within the same calendar month as your request, unless it's within the 7-day money-back guarantee. We recommend canceling your account promptly to avoid any future subscription charges.
- Please note that refunds are applicable only to the current subscription charge on your account. We're unable to provide refunds for charges from the prior month or for additional charges added to your account.

How to Request a Refund

- First, please cancel your account
- Next, send an email to admin@aichatbot.so to initiate the refund process.
We are committed to addressing your requests in a timely manner. We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours. Please note that your refund request will be time stamped and honored based on when you send your email.
