How does message credits per month work on AIChatbot?
GPT-3.5-Turbo, the default chatbot model, costs 1 message credit per response. The more advanced GPT-4 model costs 20 credits per response due to its higher computational cost. You can select which AI model to use in the chatbot settings. GPT-4 requires 15 times more prompt tokens and 30 times more completion tokens from OpenAI than GPT-3.5-Turbo, which is why each response with the more capable model costs significantly more credits.
What constitutes one chatbot?
A single chatbot refers to a bot equipped with specific data that can proficiently address inquiries related to that data, even if it was generated from multiple documents.
How many users can utilize my chatbot?

How does the AIChatbot's Elite plan work ?
Upon subscribing to the Elite plan, you receive an allocation of 40,000 message credits as part of the package. Any additional messages will consume your OpenAI API key, which you can integrate into your AIChatbot's account page. This ensures you benefit from the most cost-effective message rate once you surpass the initial limit.
Can I cancel or change my subscription any time on AIChatbot?
Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time on AIChatbot. There is no minimum time commitment or lock-in. When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription on AIChatbot, you'll get access to the new options right away. Your next invoice will have a prorated amount.

How does the billing process work?
The billing process is straightforward and transparent. For our free trial, no credit card is required. Simply sign up, and enjoy the trial period. After the trial period choose the pricing plan based on your business needs and continue to the payment. The subscription auto renews based on the renewal frequency Monthly or Annually from the date of subscription. Are unused message credit rolled over to the next month?
